A Church Without A Building

Centuries before Constantine made Christianity a religion in 313 AD, the church was a loving, simple, and powerful Way of life taught and demonstrated by the Son of God, Jesus Christ. It became a light and hope to the nations because Jesus defeated sin and death and made new, eternal life freely available to all of mankind. The church spread rapidly through the apostles of Jesus as souls were saved and lives were change for the glory of God.

"They continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved." - Acts 2:42-47

In the Book of Acts, we see what a local church is supposed to look like. A new Way of life empowered by the Spirit of God, guided by the Word of God, and generously shared by the people of God, not a religion.

However, the kingdom of darkness has worked aggressively through last few millennial to persecute and corrupt the church, and distort the Word of God.

But we know that Jesus is on His way back to bring an end to evil once and for all, and He will make all things new. So we decided it's time to change how we think about church and get back to the pure, authentic Way of life Jesus made possible. We're no longer interested in chasing the latest trends or settling for the status quo. We're turning back to God and committed to living His Way in Christ-centered community.

Our mission is to get the world ready for the return of the Jesus Christ who is the Messiah that Moses and the prophets prophesied about in the Torah (Old Testament) and the Savior proclaimed in the New Testament.

If you're looking for a deeper connection with God, a Spirit-filled life, and you want to understand the Bible better, then we invite you to come on the journey with AuthentiCity.
